Several months ago, Zuke's contacted me and asked if I would be interested in doing a review and hosting a giveaway. I immediately said yes as I am so fond of the Zuke's brand. I was first introduced to Zuke's when Scarlett was diagnosed with her food allergies. I needed to find a new brand of food and treats. My vet said that I needed to get treats which were wheat. corn, and soy free and had no artificial flavors or colors. A few months ago we received some beds from Alpha Pooch. Specifically, we received the Siesta Cat Bowl and the Brute Bed. These beds have quickly become the favorite in our household. Even though the Siesta Cat Bowl is designed for cats, Scarlett is the one who mainly sleeps in it. I was first influenced to start doing videos and blogging after following Jenny from floppycats.com for a while. She was the one that introduced me to the Ragdoll breed and without her, I wouldn't have my little Bellie-Boo today. I also liked how looking back at her videos, she was able to capture those precious moments of when your kitty is a baby. She will be able to hold on to that footage as her kitties continue to grow and always remember that special time.That's the main reason I started doing videos. My pets are like my kids, and I treat them as if they are, so being able to catch those precious moments on film is something that I will forever cherish. Of course with a dog, four cats, the bird, the horse, and any other animals that I might take in, there is more than a fair share of footage to capture!
Jenny and I send emails back and forth quite often talking about all of the great inventions of cat products. When I seen her post a couple days ago about the new MeowChow Bowls that were introduced to her by a floppycats reader, I nearly fell over as the overwhelming amount of cuteness that these bowls posses coursed through me! The bowls come in a wide variety of eye catching colors. My favorite thing about these bowls is the amazing "pedestal" if you will, on the bottom of the bowl that helps to position the bowl for optimum comfort for your feline friend(s). The one place that I would love to see this is in vet offices! They could hold treats or anything else that you could think of! I just love the look of them and can see them turning into a must have product for kitty lovers. What do you think of these? We received a box in the mail from the wonderful people at Petstages. They sent us tons of fun goodies to test out! I am super excited! I love Petstages. I love how fun and colorful all of their products are and I love how they think out of the box with each product. It truly sets them apart as a company.
We received three kitty items and three doggy items to test out. These are the products that we received.
Dog Items:
1) Stuffing Free Plush Gator (already a favorite!): A fun, plush toy with two squeak chambers which makes lots of fun sounds. The great part about this toy is it has no stuffing, and is very durable. Great for those pets who like to destroy plush toys in a matter of seconds and leave stuffing everywhere. The stuffing can not only be harmful to all of your pets, but it can also be a mess to clean up.
2) Stuffing Free Durable Play Stix: This is also a plush toy that contains a rubber core inside which creates additional durability. Like the previous gator plush toy, this contains no stuffing. It also has fun, floppy tails on the end which Scarlett happens to love!
3) Durable Stick: This is a new toy from Petstages that mimics those infamous wood sticks that your pups love to pick up from outside. This toy, however, is much safer than the traditional outdoor stick. It is smooth, has no sharp edges, and is very durable. It is also toxin free which is great! It contains a natural wood smell so your dogs will be attracted to using it (it really does smell like wood, I smelled it myself! LOL).
Kitty Items:
1) Twinkle Ball: Petstages has an amazing line of toys designed to entertain your kitties at night without creating noise that would wake us pet owners up. This is especially great for those of us (like myself) that have baby kitties as they have not yet developed a routine yet and are known for wanting to play at 3am! The Twinkle Ball is a soft, rubber ball that lights up when your kitty bats it around creating long lasting fun without waking you up. This has been a big hit so far! I also am determined to get everyone of the night time toys! They are SO cute and fun!
2) Fresh Breath Mint Stick: This is a product that I have never seen from another brand before. It is a fresh breath toy for your kitten! This toy contains mint and as your kitty chews on it, it helps freshen breath and soften tartar around teeth. Something that I didn't know is that mint is a cousin of catnip, so most cats are attracted it to it! Belle has been loving it so far, and it really does freshen breath! I can smell it when she gives me kisses!
3) Flirty Bird Flyer: If there is one toy that you must purchase for your cat, this has to be the one! I am in love with this thing! On the flirty bird flyer, you push the trigger and a bird with feathers attached to a string flies out of the handle! Your kitty is able to chase after the bird and then there is an actual reel where you can reel the bird back in to re-launch it again! Not only does this create tons of fun, but it is also easy on you! You don't have to get up to go retrieve the toy; you can sit in a comfy chair and provide lots of interactive play without ever having to move! Genius invention!

We received Dr. Bill's Dog First Aid Kit a while back and we have finally gotten around to making the initial video! I am very impressed with this kit! It is one of the most complete kits that I have ever seen and I am so glad that we have it. I take the health of all of my pets very seriously and it is a huge comfort knowing that if something were to ever happen, I would have this on hand.
As stated on the website, this kit is not meant to replace the need for a veterinarian if a serious emergency or injury were to ever occur, this is just to handle the injury until you can get help, or if the injury is very minor, this kit might even be able to treat it.
So far, I have been so happy with how this item came packaged, how it is organized, and the contents that are included. I highly recommend picking up one of these if you own dogs, or are going to be having a new dog come into the family. This would also make a great gift for any dog owners. We received a pet I.D. tag from Shaggytag for review! I giggled with excitement when I opened the envelope and seen it! It has to be one of the cutest things! I showed it off with me when I went for classes that afternoon and everyone else thought it was so cute as well! Below you will find our first impressions video.

We received a sample of the Organic Oscar Aloe Vera Shampoo and Conditioner the other day.
I am always on the hunt to find a natural, organic shampoo for Scarlett because of her skin issues. I am very excited to try these out to see if it helps soothe her skin! Below is our first impressions video.

First off, I am going to ask Organic Oscar's if I can just have some of these bottles, and some of the stickers that were on the envelope that the samples came on! I think they have some of the cutest product packaging I have ever seen. I am so impressed with it and think its stinking adorable! We are going to be testing out this shampoo and conditioner and we will be reporting back with a full review. Scarlett has requested that I try and find another dog to bathe with it, but I told her she was required to do it. Because of this, I have to give her another 10% off her rent this month. ;).
